Exchanges

• Exchanges must occur within 15 days from the date of initial verified delivery.

• To be eligible for a full exchange, the product must be in new condition. Products must be clean and unwashed.

• The original order confirmation must be included with the exchange.

• All exchanged items are subject to inspection for approval.

• Upon receipt of the item for exchange and after an approved inspection, exchange will commence. A notification email will be sent confirming process and exchange.

• The desired item will then be sent out for delivery.

Returns

• Returns must occur within 15 days from the date of initial verified delivery.

• To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition.

• Products must be clean and unwashed.

• The original order confirmation must be included with the return.

• All returned items are subject to inspection for approval.

• Upon receipt of the return, and after an approved inspection, a full refund will be issued. A confirmation email will be sent. The refund will appear on the method of payment used.
